Levels of Care
Dharma Hospice provides patients with the highest level of care at the end of life. In addition to our patients, we provide support for their families. Available levels of care include:
Home Hospice
Traditional Hospice care service. Our Staff comes to the home to provide care and support for patient and family.
Continous Care
Provided at home when patient is experience uncontrolled symptoms.
Inpatient care
Short say in an inpatient care unit to control symptoms that are not manageable at home.
Respite Care
Arranged when caregiver needs relief from care giving, fatigue, or just need break.
Patient Eligibility
Patients who are eligible for services have to have a terminal diagnosis with a prognosis of approximately 6 months or less if the disease follows its natural course.
No person on the grounds of race, color, national origin, handicap, or ability to pay is excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination from the provision of any hospice care or service.
