Levels of Care
At Dharma Hospice, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for individuals facing the end of life. Our compassionate services not only focus on the comfort and dignity of our patients, but also extend meaningful support to their families during this deeply emotional time.
Home Hospice
This level of care includes regular visits from our skilled hospice staff—nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers
Continous Care
receive around-the-clock nursing care in the comfort of their home or place of residence.
Inpatient care
Short say in an inpatient care unit to control symptoms that are not manageable at home.
Respite Care
Arranged when caregiver needs relief from care giving, fatigue, or just need break.
Patient Eligibility
Patients who are eligible for services have to have a terminal diagnosis with a prognosis of approximately 6 months or less if the disease follows its natural course.
No person on the grounds of race, color, national origin, handicap, or ability to pay is excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination from the provision of any hospice care or service.
